Returns Information

Returns are normally accepted when completed within 30 days from the date of shipment. This does not include items identified as "NCNR", "Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable" ("Non-Standard Products"), Downloadable Software ("Digital Delivery"), or governed by a Purchase Agreement Letter.

If you require a refund due shortage of delivery, then it must be in either verbally or written within the 48 hours of receive goods.

Carriage charges are a non-refundable item.

Some items require you not to remove products from its working state as some manufacturers will send out a service team to repair or replace when applicable. If the product is removed from its installed state then the warranty would be void. please contact our team to check the status of a product. 

Only products originally shipped from Mastertrade will be returned to Mastertrade. All others will be promptly quarantined and disposed of or returned to the customer. By a Customer returning products to Mastertrade, the Customer certifies that the products were purchased from Mastertrade and there has been no substitution in whole or part of the same product from another supplier, distributor or other such source of the product. The return should be in the original packaging and in unused condition (except defective). ESD or moisture-sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions.

Return Freight charges must be prepaid; we will not accept COD shipments.

Some products may require that they be returned directly to the manufacturer.

We reserve the right to charge customers a handling charge when applicable.

To obtain a return authorization number. Your customer service representative will give you a return authorization number and the correct return address for your merchandise.
