TIM3500 Token Time Meter (L4 Tokens)
The TIM3500 Coin / Token Meter is the current sensing model of the TIM3000 range. Current sensing means that the timer won't count down unless the connected device is drawing current. A recent upgrade enables the meter to differentiate between standby and operating modes on the equipment being controlled, making the timer suitable for use with inverter and non-inverter air conditioning equipment of all types as well as televisions and heaters.
UK Delivery:
- Orders over £150 excluding VAT – FREE DELIVERY
- Orders under £150 excluding VAT – Delivery £7.50 + VAT
A very small number of large, heavy items may attract an additional charge. This charge is calculated based on the length/weight. Depending on your area, there will usually be a carriage-paid order value threshold where FREE delivery can still be attained.
Same Day Despatch On In-Stock Items:
We despatch in-stock items on the same working day when they are ordered before 3 PM GMT.
Delivery Charges for Length Items (UK Mainland):
- 1-2M Length Items: Free delivery to UK Mainland on orders over £500; for orders under £500, delivery is charged at £12.50 + VAT.
- 2M+ Length Items: Free delivery to UK Mainland on orders over £800; for orders under £800, delivery is charged at £15.00 + VAT.
- Pallet Delivery: For items requiring pallet delivery, free delivery is available for UK Mainland orders over £3000; for orders under £3000, a £50 delivery charge applies.
Delivery Charges for Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Isles:
- Parcels: £20 + VAT delivery charge.
- 1-2M Length Items: £35 + VAT delivery charge.
- 2M+ Length Items: £55 + VAT delivery charge.
- Pallet Delivery: £120 + VAT delivery charge.
No free delivery is available for these regions.
If You Have a Deadline:
Out-of-stock items can take up to the recommended Delivery Time, which you can find on every product page. We will notify you if they are likely to take longer than this. If you have a deadline, please contact us by email or phone. We will work with you to arrange a better-suited delivery time or date.
Next Working Day:
All in-stock items are despatched via traceable and insured carriers on a next-day service. If certain items state a longer delivery time, please contact us as we can often arrange next-day delivery for most items at an additional cost where applicable.
NON-Stock Items:
Any items that are not stock items will be ordered and sent directly from our suppliers. All manufacturers we use are highly recommended and despatch their products via traceable and insured carriers. These items may take longer than the expected delivery time, but we will notify you in advance if this is likely to occur.
Received Damaged:
If any items are received damaged in transit and require a replacement or refund, please notify us verbally or in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Ensure that clear photographs are provided showing both the packaging—particularly any damage to it—and the damaged item(s). This will help us process the correct paperwork for a replacement or refund with minimal delay.
