If You Have a Deadline:

Out-of-stock items can take up to the recommended Delivery Time, which you can find on every product page. We will notify you if they are likely to take longer than this. Next Working Day:

All in-stock items are despatched via traceable and insured carriers on a next-day service. If certain items state a longer delivery time, please contact us as we can often arrange next-day delivery for most items at an additional cost where applicable.

NON-Stock Items:

Any items that are not stock items will be ordered and sent directly from our suppliers. Received Damaged:

If any items are received damaged in transit and require a replacement or refund, please notify us verbally or in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Ensure that clear photographs are provided showing both the packaging—particularly any damage to it—and the damaged item(s). This will help us process the correct paperwork for a replacement or refund with minimal delay.
